MANILA, Philippines - The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the northeast monsoon continues to affect weather in the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said Thursday, November 15.
Cloudy weather with occasional light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are expected over Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao region.
Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon, meanwhile, will have light rain, while the rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast and east.
