MANILA, Philippines - The northeast monsoon, or the Amihan, continues to affect Luzon Thursday, December 20.

Aurora, Quezon, and the Cagayan Valley and Bicol regions will have cloudy skies with light rain, state weather bureau PAGASA said, while the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain or thunderstorms.

On the other hand, Visayas and Mindanao can expect cloudy skies with light to moderate rain or thunderstorms.

There are currently no storms within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, PAGASA added.
