MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the entire archipelago will experience generally fair weather in the weekend ahead of the New Year.
In its 5 am public weather forecast, Friday, December 28, the state weather bureau added that a thunderstorm is less likely to develop in Metro Manila within 12 hours.
However, Pagasa advised the public to continue monitoring updates.
In its 5 p.m. weather update, Pagasa said the following regions and provinces will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains:
