MANILA, Philippines - The northeast monsoon, or the "Amihan," will continue to cool parts of the country Monday, January 28, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with light rain, while Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain or thunderstorms.
The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief light rain, the bureau said.
Prevailing winds will be from the northeast.
There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau added.
