Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with light rain, while Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain or thunderstorms.

The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief light rain, the bureau said.

Prevailing winds will be from the northeast.
