The northeast monsoon, or the "Amihan," continues to affect Luzon, while Eastern Visayas will experience the effects of the tail-end of a cold front, the bureau said in its 24-hour public weather forecast.
Cloudy skies will be in the forecast for Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, accompanied by light to moderate rain.
The rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy skies with brief light rain. Prevailing winds will come from the northeast.
