MANILA, Philippines - The country is experiencing a partly cloudy and rainy weather on Sunday, February 3.
Moderate to strong winds coming from the east are prevailing over the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 5 am bulletin.
Particularly affected are the regions of Cagayan, Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao, as well as the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Also, strong to gale force winds are expected to affect the northern and eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon and the eastern seaboards of the whole country.
PAGASA urged fishing boats and other small seacraft not to venture out into the sea. It warned larger sea vessels against sailing in big waves. - Rappler.com
