MANILA, Philippines - Cloudy skies are in the forecast Sunday, February 17 for most of Mindanao.
The region, particularly Soccsksargen, Caraga, and Davao, will have light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon and Visayas, bringing cloudy skies with light rain to Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
No tropical cyclone exists within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the bureau added.
