MANILA, Philippines - Parts of the archipelago will have cloudy skies with light rain Monday, February 25.
The northeast monsoon continues to affect parts of the country, particularly Luzon and Eastern Visayas. It will bring cloudy skies with light rain to Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon.
The rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy skies with brief light rain, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The remaining parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
Prevailing winds will come from the northeast, the bureau added.
