MANILA, Philippines - Areas in Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao will experience isolated showers or thunderstorms Thursday, February 28, as the easterly winds blow over the country's Pacific coast.
The archipelago will generally be partly cloudy, with the occasional rain over the 3 regions, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Prevailing winds will come mostly from the east to northeast.
No tropical cyclone is present within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
