MANILA, Philippines - Cloudy skies will greet residents of the country's northeast and east coasts Tuesday, March 12.
The easterly winds will continue to affect the eastern sections of the archipelago, state weather bureau PAGASA said, and it will affect weather in Cagayan Valley, Bicol, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
The said areas will have cloudy skies with moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy skies with isolated rain will be experienced in the rest of the country.
Prevailing winds will be moderate to strong over east Luzon and Visayas, coming from the northeast to east.
