Rainy post-election Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines – Another rainy day is in store for most of the archipelago Tuesday, May 14, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

The end of a cold front is affecting northern parts of Luzon, while southern Mindanao will still feel the effects of the intertropical convergence zone, the bureau said in its 24-hour public weather forecast Monday, May 13.

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and thunderstorms will be felt in Luzon, Mindanao, and Western Visayas.

The rest of Visayas, meanwhile, will be partly cloudy with isolated rain, the bureau said.
