MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Good Friday, April 18, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, April 17, PAGASA said these skies will be accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Easterlies are also affecting both Northern and Central Luzon.

Coastal seas will be moderate to occasionally rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from the east to northeast over the eastern section of the country. 

Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
