MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas and the eastern side of Central and Southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds on Sunday, April 20.

State weather bureau PAGASA noted in its April 19, 5 pm bulletin that these winds – blowing from the northeast – will cause coastal waters to be moderate to occasionally rough.

The rest of the country can expect light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast. This leads to slight to moderate seas.
