Rainy Tuesday for Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao region can expect light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, September 30, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its September 29, 5 pm bulletin, the agency said these regions will be under cloudy skies on that day.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rains brought by partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Light to moderate winds will prevail all over the archipelago making coastal waters slight to moderate.

PAGASA is also watching a tropical storm nearing Guam which could enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Saturday, October 4. 

According to independent weather monitoring group Weather Philippines, the weather system may bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms to Mindanao.
