MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Saturday, November 1, for different parts of Luzon and Visayas, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, October 31, PAGASA said Calabarzon, Bicol region, and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
A tropical storm (international name Nuri) was located at 1,255 km east of Visayas – still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
It has maximum sustained winds of 65 km per hour near the center, and gustiness of 80 km per hour. It will move west northwest at 15 km per hour
