MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will bring moderate rains over Bicol region and Eastern Visayas on Saturday, November 15, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 
In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, November 14, PAGASA said these regions will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The provinces of Aurora, Rizal, Quezon, Marinduque, and Romblon will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 
The tail-end of a cold front is affecting Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas, while a northeast monsoon is still affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon.  
Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos region will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 
Coastal seas will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the northeast over Luzon and Visayas. 
Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to east.
