Rainy Tuesday for many parts of PH

In its latest weather forecast, PAGASA said that a diffused tail-end of a cold front is affecting the Bicol Region. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon is prevailing over Northern and Central luzon.

Eastern Visayas and the Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains, while the rest of Northern and Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago will be party cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be moderate to strong throughout the country, while coastal seas will be moderate to rough.
