Cloudy skies, light rains over parts of PH Monday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies and light rains will prevail over parts of the Philippines on Monday, February 2, as the northeast monsoon affects Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

In its 5 pm bulletin, state weather bureau PAGASA said Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol region, Eastern Visayas, CARAGA and the province of Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rains.

The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Meanwhile, the rest of Visayas and of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas, PAGASA added.
