Rainy Wednesday for E. Visayas, parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – Light rains will pour over parts of Eastern Visyas and parts of Luzon on Wednesday, February 4, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

The specific Luzon areas are the regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience isolated light rains brought by partly cloudy to cloudy skies, added PAGASA in its Tuesday evening bulletin.

Meanwhile, the rest of Visayas and Mindanao should be ready for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds are likely to prevail over the archipelago. Thus, coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
