MANILA, Philippines – The regions of Eastern Visayas, Davao and Caraga should be ready for light to moderate rains and cloudy skies on Tuesday, March 3, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In the agency’s Monday evening bulletin, it said Luzon, including Metro Manila, may experience isolated light rains on that day, brought about by partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

The rest of Visayas and Mindanao, meanwhile, can expect isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Southern Luzon, Visayas and Eastern Mindanao will experience moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast. Thus, ocean waters in these regions will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the archipelago will have light to moderate winds leading to calmer sea.
