MANILA, Philippines – Skies will still be partly cloudy to cloudy over the whole country on Saturday, March 7, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, March 6, PAGASA said a weak northeast monsoon is still affecting extreme Northern Luzon. The whole country will experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the next 24 hours.

Light to moderate winds will blow from east to northeast over Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, and from the northeast over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
