MANILA, Philippines – The whole archipelago will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Sunday, April 19, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin on Saturday, April 18, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the next 24 hours.

It added that the easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas.

Winds blowing from the east to southeast will be moderate to occasionally strong over eastern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from the east to southeast will prevail, with slight to moderate seas.
