MANILA, Philippines – The entire archipelago can expect isolated thunderstorms on Thursday, May 21, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In their Wednesday evening bulletin, they said these thunderstorms are likely to occur in the afternoon or evening. They added that the country is likely to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on that day. 

Light to moderate winds will prevail in all parts of the country, making ocean waters slight to moderate.
