Take a sneak peak at the last signature shoes Kobe Bryant will wear on an NBA court

LOS ANGELES, United States – The design of the last signature shoe that Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant will wear on an NBA court has been revealed.

Called the Kobe 11, the new shoe is a “progressive low-top that distills Bryant’s signature legacy to its essence,” according to Nike’s website.

During a tour hosted by long-time host Kevin Frazier on Monday, December 14, media from around the globe were given a view of the future Hall-of-Famer’s signature kicks that will be released in the Philippines in January.

Probably the best feature of the shoes is the flyknit upper that includes thermoplastic polyurethane for strength. The shoes also have full-length lunarlon foam, translucent rubber outsole, a zoom air unit in the heel, and mesh tongue construction.

Moreover, the new Kobe kicks have distinct designs at the heels. The left one has four stitch marks, which symbolize the stitches Bryant has from his surgery off an Achilles heel injury in 2013, and the right one has a logo of the hero Achilles from the Trojan War.
