MANILA, Philippines – When it comes to breaking poster rules, no candidate has beaten San Juan Rep Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) showed in a document released Monday, April 22.

The Comelec has sent Ejercito 9 notices on illegal posters as of Saturday, April 22, the poll body’s law department said. The last time the Comelec released a similar document, it recorded 8 notices for Ejercito.

In second place is Aurora Rep Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, who has received 7 notices so far. Eduardo “Bro Eddie” Villanueva trails him with 5 notices.
