MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – The eastern section of Luzon and Visayas will have a cloudy Valentines Day on Saturday, February 14, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 am bulletin, PAGASA said the Bicol region and eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light thunderstoms, while Cagayan Valley and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rains in the next 24 hours. 
A weak northeast monsoon is affecting the eastern section of Luzon, while easterlies affect eastern Visayas.
