Young Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong has yet to experience winning a title with FC Barcelona, so a win in the early ElClasico clash will surely be a morale booster this season.

“In Barca, you just need to go for all the trophies,” said the 23-year-old midfielder.

De Jong admitted that last season was a “disappointment” for the Catalan club after falling behind Real Madrid in claiming the championship. (READ: Catch 2020 La Liga El Clasico in the Philippines)

In the last ElClasico in February, Barcelona also absorbed a painful 2-0 loss to the Blancos, which was a decisive match for the standings.

“We played at home last year in my first ElClasico and you feel like the game is just different compared to other games. You already know that the world is talking about the game weeks before,” shared the Dutchman. – Rappler.com
