MANILA, Philippines – How you wake up in the morning can affect how you go about your day. It is true you can get more things done when you wake up early, but then an extra 5 (or 10) minutes won’t hurt – or so they say – until you realize you’ll be late for work or school.
Sleep is very important for one’s health and well being, but for some of us one alarm really just wont do the job. There’s just something about the comfort of your own bed and pillows that keep you trapped under your sheets.
You can be the type of person who jumps right off bed, embraces every morning and wake up bright and early to start your day right away or you can be the complete opposite and snooze your alarm over and over again.
However, there are those who prefer to wake up as early as possible to get things done. These are the morning persons who are more productive early morning. Perhaps a creative alarm can shake things up and get you excited to wake up for the day ahead.
