Really be, not just try to be, healthier this 2015
What do you plan on doing to stay your #BestBeautiful this new year?

MANILA Philippines – Let’s admit it. Working all day, scheduling extra activities and spending quality time with family and friends take time and effort. You may even leave out time for yourself.

Stress comes and goes but the effect on your body may not be changed or removed that easy. People say you have to avoid stress or else you’ll develop pimples or wrinkles. Filipinos even say you’ll look twice your age when you’re stressed all the time. And quite frankly, hearing these things don’t help build self-esteem and self confidence.

It’s a given that we’re all exposed to people and places that are not exactly “healthy” for us. But the least that we can do is to take care of ourselves inside and out.

Pamper yourself to make your skin look and feel good. This has nothing to do with having to be the prettiest girl in the room. Rather, it’s about looking your best, letting go of limitations and being proud of your skin because you are your best beautiful. If you’re comfortable with your own skin, you can carry yourself with greater confidence.

Have a regular skin regimen, eat healthy, exercise and spend time on enjoying life.

What lifestyle changes do you promise yourself this year? Read on to find out what unhealthy practices people admit to doing yet plan on changing this 2015. You may just be able to relate to some – or most – of them. – Rappler.com
