MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, September 5 that 63 out of 120 passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Psychology in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena last August 2016.
