Issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be on June 25, 26 & 27, 2013, according to the PRC.

Registrants will need the fllowing: duly accomplished Oath Form, current Community Tax Certificate, 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession to pay an initial registration fee of P600 and an annual registration fee of P450 for 2013-2016.  Successful examinees should register personally and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.  A date and venue for the mass oath-taking will be announced later.—Rappler.com
