MANILA, Philippines – Local government units (LGUs) and school administrators have already started suspending classes for Thursday, Novemeber 7, in anticipation of typhoon Haiyan.
The typhoon, which will be given the PAGASA codename Yolanda as it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), is expected to move towards the geneal area of Visayas early Thursday.
