Ticketholders can keep their tickets for the 2021, 2022, or 2023 festival

The organizers behind the Wonderfruit Festival have postponed its 2020 edition as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying “we have made the difficult decision to delay Wonderfruit to December 2021.”

They said that they were initially hopeful that they could push through in 2020, especially because of Thailand’s swift response to the pandemic.

“We started planning it all out; Wonderfruit 2020 was going to be beautiful, and reflective of the year our planet was going through,” they said.

“But as weeks became months, the limitations, insecurity, and confusion grew. We went through multiple scenarios and various discussions but there were just too many variables,” they said.

They also teased something for their fans living in Thailand.

By default, Wonderfruit 2020 tickets purchased before September 15 will be valid for either the 2021, 2022, or 2023 editions at no additional cost.

Refunds for tickets will also be available from September 15 to October 16.

More details on refunds are up on the Wonderfruit website.
