The FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States) surprised her husband with a video message with a funny/sweet poem: “Roses are red / violets are blue / You are the President / And I am your boo.”

She later joked that her husband would have to get her candy on his way back.

President Obama then surprised the crowd by saying he came prepared with a message for his wife, too.

“Somebody call the Situation Room, because things are about to get hot!” he said.

“Because I love you so much, I ObamaCare about you more than you even know!” he added later, a pun on the nickname of his Affordable Care Act, a health reform law signed in 2010 and considered a key moment in his presidency.

“But Michelle, I’ve made a lot of great decisions as President; the best decision I ever made was choosing you,” he said.

During the President’s visit, he also took time to discuss Ellen work championing LGBT rights. Ellen also thanked him for his work for the gay community.

And he also took the time to meet adorable Macey Hensley, the young presidential expert who’s frequently appeared on Ellen’s show, amazing her with her encyclopedic knowledge about the USA’s presidents.
