German Moreno suffers mild stroke
MANILA, Philippines – TV host German Moreno suffered a mild stroke on Friday, January 2.
According to a report from Pep, the 71 year-old Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman host is currently resting at the Acute Stroke Care Unit (ASCU) at a hospital in Quezon City. The information was given by German’s son Federico to one of the website's contributors in a Facebook message.
"His right leg is at 50% mobility. 0% on his right arm and a bit slurry on his speech,” Federico said.
Federico added: “Don’t worry, he’s OK.
"It's just that he cannot entertain any calls nor guests for the coming days. Hope you understand."
One of the country's top TV hosts, German Moreno or Kuya Germs, is known for hosting GMA Supershow, That's Entertainment, and has appeared in many TV shows and films.
