MANILA, Philippines – Hollywood stars Robert De Niro and Leonardo Di Caprio appear together in an ad for the casino-resort City of Dreams Manila.
In the video posted on YouTube, director Martin Scorsese met the two actors in front of the hotel's lobby. When Leo asked if he and Robert were finally going to work together in a project, the director said no – that they were sort of vying for the same part. The competition between the two then heat up.
Last December, City of Dreams Manila had its soft opening. The grand opening will happen in February.
The casino-resort will have 3 distinct entertainment venues, including the first family entertainment center. It will also have 6 hotel towers which include the Crown Towers hotel, Nobu Hotel Manila and Hyatt Hotel.
Last January 27 2014, Robert De Niro came to Manila to formally announce the opening of Nobu Hotel, which is part of the City of Dreams Manila. The actor is one of the co-founders of Nobu Hospitality.
The City of Dreams Manila is patterned after the City of Dreams Macau. – Rappler.com
