Sam Concepcion makes 'Infinite' music
MANILA, Philippines - After securing for its songwriters Philpop's P1 million grand prize for the song, "Dati," singer-actor Sam Concepcion has now released his new album under Universal Music titled, "Infinite."
Sam is proud of another song too, the carrier single of his new album which is a composition by good friend Billy Crawford.
"I am overwhelmed that Billy actually composed this track for me, titled, 'No Limitations,'" says Sam. "Working with him in the studio just opened up a whole new side of me that I thought was never there.
"Billy made sure the work was perfection. He really did a fantastic job producing this track for me. He worked many hours just to get the right effects and mix."
In his new music video with Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff, Sam has evolved into a more mature performer and has improved physically too.
Sam says he took working out seriously so that many will not associate him anymore as the little boy who won the Little Big Star title in 2006.
"That was 7 years ago. I was 13 years old then and now I’m 20.
"I need to mature physically as my career goes in a new direction.
"I feel that many like this new image. I’m just a hunkier Sam Concepcion now," he smiles.
There will be a big launching for his album on Saturday, August 10, 5:00 p.m., at Robinson’s Magnolia. - Rappler.com
