CAGAYAN, Philippines – A Cagayan town just lit more than 30 Christmas decorations a little over a week to go before one of the most loved holidays in the Philippines.
Situated inf ront of the Gonzaga Municipal Hall, the Christmas Village is composed of decorations made out of recycled plastics and indigenous materials.
