Typhoon Lando: List of power outages

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED)- Power and communication lines in various parts of Luzon were affected by Typhoon Lando (Koppu) after it brought heavy rains that caused massive devastation in the region.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported that as of 6pm, Wednesday, October 30, power and communication lines have been restored in the ff provinces:

• Ilocos Norte
• Cagayan
• Isabela
• Ifugao
• Cagayan
• Zambales
• Tarlac
• Bataan
• Laguna
• Batangas
• La Union (except for the municipalities of Luna and Balaoan)
• Ilocos Sur (except for the municipalities of Quirino, Sigay and Sorsogon)
• Municipality of Cabiao in Nueva Ecija 

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) also said in its press statement on Thursday, October 30, that all power lines have been restored.

“All transmission lines and substations of NGCP in Luzon affected by Typhoon Lando have been operating under normal conditions,” NGCP said.
