'All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning and possible flash floods'

MANILA, Philippines – Heavy rains start to affect Metro Manila Thursday afternoon, September 10.

At 4:33 pm, Philippine weather bureau PAGASA issued an advisory, warning residents of a thunderstorm affecting ‪Metro Manila‬, and the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, and Pampanga, which may persist for the next two hours.

“All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning, and possible flash floods,” PAGASA said.
