ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines (UPDATED) – Acting Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Gov Mujiv Hataman said at least 72 Filipinos from Sabah arrived in Tawi-Tawi following clashes between Malaysian state security forces and armed followers of the Sultanate of Sulu.
