The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community support the Reproductive Health (RH) bill. They believe that the passage of the controversial bill will help curb surging rates of HIV/AIDS in the country. LGBT organizations like UP Babaylan advocate the cause.
