During the hearing on Thursday, February 2, lead prosecutor Niel Tupas denies releasing to the media the list of 45 properties Corona allegedly owns, despite older news stories quoting the prosecution. The defense also releases statements protesting media networks that it accuses of aiding the prosecution in destroying the Chief Justice.
