Cloudy skies on Monday for parts of PH

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will persist over different parts of the country on Monday, November 9, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Sunday, November 8, PAGASA said there will be light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms over Mindanao and the province of Palawan.

Easterlies are still affecting the eastern section of the country.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
