MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Friday, January 29 for Visayas and parts of Luzon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, January 28, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will affect Visayas, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Easterlies are affecting the eastern section of the country. 

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, and mostly over Cagayan Valley, Davao Region, Caraga, and the province of Aurora, Rizal, and Quezon. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast to east over Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
