Rainy Saturday for E. Visayas, Bicol, Caraga

MANILA, Philippines – The regions of Eastern Visayas, Bicol, and Caraga and the province of Quezon are in for a rainy Saturday on February 27, predicts the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its Friday evening forecast, it said these areas are likely to experience light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms on that day.

Meanwhile light rains are also likely in the regions of Cordillera and Cagayan, as well as the province of Aurora.

The rest of Luzon should be ready for isolated light rains while the rest of the country should be ready for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Saturday.

Luzon and Visayas should brace for moderate to strong winds. Thus, ocean waters surrounding these regions will be moderate to rough. Mindanao will likely have only light to moderate winds, leading to calmer ocean waters.
