Cloudy Sunday over Bicol, Caraga, Eastern Visayas, Quezon

MANILA, Philippines – Bicol, Caraga and Eastern Visayas regions, as well as Quezon province, will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms on Sunday, February 28.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Saturday, February 27, state weather bureau PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The weather agency also said that the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and of Visayas, while the northeast monsoon is affecting the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will be experienced over Northern and Central Luzon, and coming from the east to northeast over the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. In other areas, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
