Still partly cloudy for PH on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila and the rest of the country will still experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Saturday, March 19, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, March 18, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of the country. 

Easterlies are still affecting the eastern section of the country. 

Light to moderate winds will blow from the east to southeast over Northern Luzon, and from the northeast to east over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
