MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over the Cagayan Valley region and the province of Aurora on Easter Sunday, March 27, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Saturday, March 26, the weather agency said the regions of Ilocos and Cordillera will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern and central Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas.
