Rainy Tuesday for Bicol, Cagayan Valley, Quezon province

MANILA, Philippines – At least 3 areas in Luzon can expect some rains on Tuesday, March 29, predicts the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its Monday evening forecast, it said there was a chance of light to moderate rains in the Bicol region and the province of Quezon. Cagayan Valley, meanwhile, may experience light rains.

Isolated light rains are also expected in Ilocos, Cordillera, and Central Luzon, says PAGASA. The rest of the country can expect only isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Luzon is in for some moderate to strong winds from the northeast. These winds will make ocean waters around the island moderate to rough.

Elsewhere in the archipelago, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer ocean waters.
